It is designed by Mira - the Motor Industry Research Association who was commissioned by E-Bay Motors to come up with a solution for helping drivers to keep their cars clean without using a pool of water. According to the designers, the inflatable car wash unit uses just four litres of water, compared to the 135 used in a hosepipe.
