Suzuki's all-too feminine Alto Lapin microvan has received a modest aesthetic facelift that brings it a "little bit" closer to appearance to the third-generation Nissan Cube that was unveiled at last week's LA auto show. The boxy-shaped "kei-car" that was initially introduced in 2002 is available only in Japan where it is offered with a choice of two powertrains, a naturally aspirated 0.66-liter unit that produces 54HP and a turbocharged version of the same engine with 64HP. Buyers can also opt between 2WD and 4WD variants. Source URL: http://sparesomeribs.blogspot.com/search/label/Suzuki%20Alto Visit Spare Some Ribs for Daily Updated Hairstyles Collection
Along with a full-set of high resolution images, we managed to obtain some inside info on what’s to become of the new Suzuki A-Star Concept that we showed you earlier today (click here). According to our Suzuki source, the production version of the A-Star will be named Alto and it will fit right under the new Splash that goes on sale in Europe during the first quarter of 2008. The new Alto will be offered with a newly developed 1.0-liter engine that will comply with the stricter Euro 5 emission standards. Production of the new Alto will begin in Suzuki’s Indian plant in Manesar, with European sales starting in December 2008. -Image gallery after the jump Source URL: http://sparesomeribs.blogspot.com/search/label/Suzuki%20Alto Visit Spare Some Ribs for Daily Updated Hairstyles Collection
