A little over three years since production started in April 2004, the 100,000th vehicle in the current sixth-generation 911 coded Type 997 rolled off the production line. What’s so special about this event is that in the 44 years of the 911, never have so many of cars been produced so quickly as with the latest iteration of Porsche’s renowned coupe.
