Design aside, from what Porsche tells us, its new four-door Sports Coupé will enter the market in 2009 and it will be powered by various engines. Although they don’t give any specific information about the engine range it will surely include normally aspirated and turbo V8 engines. The power unit will be fitted at the front and will drive the rear wheels. Dr. Wendelin Wiedeking, the President and CEO of Porsche AG stated that Porsche will be developing and building the Panamera through the Company's own resources and expected sales are at least 20,000 units a year.
