He prints the pictures on a high-resolution printer with outdoor ink and outdoor vinyl he’s also made a cutout of a sheriff's deputy holding a radar gun. So far, the interesting tactic has worked and his concern for other children’s safety has led him to market his idea on the net selling cutouts for 60$ a pop. The life-like kids are slowing down motorists but do parents have to resort to their own personal tactics to protect their children?
